Event Description
In this class we practise dynamic flow yoga both good for mind and body. We will be focusing on a mix of classic yoga poses, peak poses and flowing transitions, which makes it a bit more intense. It is a fun and high-energy filled class, concerning a complete full body yoga workout routine that will boost your strength and flexibility.This class is for all levels

The price is 25kr per class. The mats and blocks are provided.
All of our classes are perfect for beginners and we welcome all students.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
