Event Description
In this Pilates class, we practice functional movement by connecting the body, mind, and breath. With a focus on toning, lengthening, and flexibility, we support the body’s ability to move in daily life.
Information about the class:
The price is 25kr per class.
All of our classes are perfect for beginners and we welcome all students.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
