Vinyasa yoga with Sophia

Event Description

In this class we practise creative yoga with a firing energy. We will be focusing on a mix of classic poses, peak poses and flowing transitions, which makes it a bit more intense. It is a fun class that will boost your strength, flexibility and give energetic clarity followed by relaxation and ease. All levels are welcome

Information about the class: 

The price is 35kr per class. The mats and blocks are provided. 

All of our classes are perfect for beginners and we welcome all students.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
