Event Description
Immerse yourself in a practice that encourages mindfulness and connection. Through slow, intentional movements and focused breathwork, we'll cultivate a sense of balance, strength, and inner peace both on and off the mat.
Information about the class:
The price is 25kr per class. The mats and blocks are provided.
All of our classes are perfect for beginners and we welcome all students.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
