Yoga CBS is a non-profit community offering weekly yoga and pilates classes open to everyone. Our classes are taught in English and welcome students of all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Through movement, breath, and mindful practice, we focus on building strength, balance, and inner calm. Join us at Station or Dalgas Have, borrow a mat from us if you need one, and be part of a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself.
