The Pilates class is great for all levels! All exercises can be modified to suit your body. Pilates enhances your strength, with special focus on your core, flexibility and balance.

The price is 25kr per class. The mats are provided.

All of our classes are perfect for beginners and we welcome all students.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class.
